La carrera también la podrá vivir a través de <a href="https://rtvlay.co/" rel="noreferrer">RTVlay</a> y las 73 frecuencias de la <a href="https://www.radionacional.co/actualidad/frecuencias-radio-nacional-de-colombia" rel="noreferrer">Radio Nacional de Colombia.</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>Recordamos la historia de la Vuelta al País Vasco</strong></h2><p>La prueba, que fue creada en 1924 a partir del Gran Premio Excélsior, buscó siempre reunir a los corredores más destacados de esta parte de España. <strong>La carrera tuvo varios inconvenientes, incluso se dejó de realizar entre 1936 y 1968 no solo por el conflicto bélico desencadenado por la Segunda Guerra Mundial sino por la Guerra Civil española.</strong></p><p>Durante la para por la guerra aparecieron otras pruebas ciclísticas de no mucha trascendencia como lo fueron ‘El circuito del norte’ y ‘El Gran Premio del Ayuntamiento de Bilbao’. Es la prenda vasca por excelencia, así no sea tan común en la actualidad como en el pasado.</p> <p><strong>Ahora mismo es usada más como un símbolo de bienvenida para los visitantes ilustres </strong>y también como elemento de identidad de grupos particulares. Además, en las últimas décadas se ha instituido como trofeo o galardón a los campeones de cualquier competición realizada en el&nbsp;País&nbsp;Vasco. Cuanto más grande la hazaña, más grande la boina.</p> <p><strong>Este elemento se generalizó después de las guerras carlistas, que se refiere a las tres guerras civiles españolas del siglo XIX.</strong> Según Miguel de Unamuno, escritor y filósofo&nbsp;vasco, la boina fue introducida en esas batallas por tropas liberales, que se enfrentaban a los carlistas o partidarios de <strong>Carlos María Isidro de Borbón</strong>. En el siglo pasado, los diarios bilbaínos publicaban anuncios como '¿Una buena boina? Exija La Encartada; Boinas La Encartada, Únicas bilbaínas; Boinas La Encartada, Única fábrica en Vizcaya; Boinas finas, La Encartada'.</p> <p>En ese entonces el&nbsp;vasco&nbsp;apenas introducía la boina en su cabeza, mientras que en otras latitudes se la ponían hasta las orejas. Ahora la prenda significa campeón. Por eso, cuando gana un certamen el Athletic Bilbao, uno de los equipos vascos más importantes, <strong>los aficionados puede arengar: 'Txapeldunak, txapeldunak, oe, oe, oe'.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Lo cierto es que <strong>dos ciclistas colombianos ya lograron ponerse la tradicional boina vasca, Nairo Quintana en 2013 y Daniel Felié Martínez en 2022 como ganadores de la Vuelta al País Vasco&nbsp;</strong>¿Tendremos otra este año? La carrera tuvo varios inconvenientes, incluso se dejó de realizar entre 1936 y 1968 no solo por el conflicto bélico desencadenado por la Segunda Guerra Mundial sino por la Guerra Civil española.</p> <p>Durante la para por la guerra aparecieron otras pruebas ciclísticas de no mucha trascendencia como lo fueron ‘<strong>El circuito del norte’ y ‘El Gran Premio del Ayuntamiento de Bilbao’</strong>. Por el año de 1952 se creó la prueba ‘Bicicleta Eibarresa’, entre 1969 y 1973 se creó la Euskal Bizikleta, una carrera que recorría todas las provincias de esta zona de España.</p> <p><strong>En la actualidad, diferentes organizaciones ciclistas Euskadi se hacen parte de la prueba que entre sus organizadores ha contado con empresas como Unipublic (también patrocinadores de la Vuelta a España).</strong></p> <p>La prueba es una de las más buscadas por los corredores del planeta ya que por su duración y exigencia prepara a muchos de estos antes de la realización de las tres grandes del año.
